pavy, i think engineering can have a lot of different levels. I worked at a warehouse distribution place a few years back during Christmas season. I ran into a friends younger brother who went to UofL's Speed school of Engineering. I asked what he did at the place and he said he was the plant engineer. I was working in the shipping area and it was a cluster fu*k of a mess, and the dude was asking me for ideas on how they could change some things to make it work better. I said "ain't that why they're paying you the big bucks?" he just said he wanted my ideas cause he knows i have worked a lot of warehouse jobs. I didn't give him any cause i was only working there for the Christmas season for like 9 bucks an hour, and i wasn't going to let some dude making probably 75 grand take my ideas and get credit.
