    Default Good Free-weight routine?

Lots of muscle-heads here on SBR so I thought I'd ask.

I've got a lot of extra pounds and I've finally been eating right and losing weight but I want to speed the process along with some free-weight exercises. Don't want to do the gym... too overwhelming for me. I've got some adjustable free weights that go up to 30 lbs each. Just looking for a simple routine of stretches and exercises I can do around the house with these things.

Gotta start small... out of shape like crazy... and work my way up the natural way. Any suggestions fellas?

plenty of stuff...curls incline curls tricep extensions skull crushers military press shrugs rows bench incline bench butterflies etc etc...you could do a full body routine with 15, 30, 45, and 60 lb dumbells if you can adjust the weights

Might just want to get a workout bench as well so you can do chest work
Also it would be good to do circuit training to shock the muscles
Throw in some sort of sport or running and your good to go
