Piraeus, Greece.
Olympiakos Piraeus of Greece has been the soccer, basketball and waterpolo champions of Greece many times.
Real Madrid or Barcelona come also in mind. It is very common in Europe because of no salary cap. Much harder in the US because of salary cap.
