That's not true. I know that I personally provide a ton of extremely high-quality handicapping information, as do some others as well. And if you have a specific question or want an opinion on something, it usually gets answered by multiple people pretty intelligently.

I was talking about this with a couple other posters as well. This place was no where near like it is not in 06 to late 07... It's pathetic all the ghosting, internet tough guy stuff, ignorant threads and much more. One can hope it will get better.

I came over here from EOG...I think it is just a "sign of the times" for all sport forums.
You just have to weed out all the BS.
I'm here for good handicapping info.....haven't seen much yet, but football is just around the corner and I think the info will pick up.

The problem is for every 5 handicappers like yourself, there 105 idiots that ruin the fun of this forum for the others. To me they get higher SEO rankings of this , more traffic , more signups , and more credibilty and not to mention a higher cost for banners on this site.

Funny stuff. I remember having this discussion when your ilk arrived, and all the good posters left. FURTHER downhill is the word you're looking for, but unfortunately that seems to provoke traffic, which is SBR's primary concern, forcing all the good/useful discussion off these venues.

Can you please give ideas on the following..

1. Increase SEO rankings in a different manner
2. Increase signups
3. Create ways for the attrition rate of posters to decrease
4. Prices doubling on marketing banners
5. Affiliate deals with books now making more money due to the higher traffic
6. Decrease Alexa Ratings on the site?


If you give me a solid answer for each of the above , I will leave the forum.
