Cook throws his sinking fastball 80% of the time at about 90-91 mph and isn't likely to be as effected by the wind today as most would be.

Lilly, on the other hand, only induces grounders about 32% of the time the ball is put in play against him, but he has a tremendous k/9 ratio. imo, the plays are the rocks and the under.
