When it was halftime in the NBA game between Boston and Detroit the total points was 98!
Betfair had some bets OVER 172 points with odds of around 1.15

That's like $120 winning of risking $820 but as I already said - I'm going for sure and not for gambling.

Never know many, anything can happen.If you really want to take the risk out of a game wait until there are a couple mins left and your team has a semi comfortable lead and then bet on them to win. That has a better chance of hitting

Yeah, I know what you're saying but:

1) NBA games have maximum lowest score of 30 pts per quarter. Sometimes it could be less BUT in a game of 98 pts in 1st half - no, simply no - I haven't felt worried even for 1 sec on my choice.
2) This is playoff - did u see how long it took for the last 3 minutes of the 3rd quarter to move?
3) Usually I do as you said but this bet was totally a 'banker' with 0% risks. I don't see how it could be different in this game.

Game ended with 208 points. A lot of free-throws and more were there as expected.
