Mo, I've been flirting with the idea of going back to a full body routine three times a week for a while, focusing on big compounds of course. Been a long time since I hit each muscle 3 times a week as I've been doing the split thang, hitting each muscle once a week for some time. I read that some say this can lead to accelerated growth while others say it ultimately results in overtraining. You ever play around with this? Looking to shake things up a bit.
