But I'd rather have Scherzer than them both. I see Scherzer becoming a 250 k/sub 3.00 era guy when he becomes a starter.

King Felix has been Queen Felix for a while now. The guy doesn't have the brains to be a good pitcher. He is good at making tacos and burritos.
