Would like Rutgers +10 1/2, but these guys don't have much on Offense, so its dicey. Also, they are 1-6 ATS this season, a solid fade.

Big spread with a very low total = favorite winning by double digits. Rutgers has a very bad offense and that's reflected in the low total and high spread. This might be USF 28-7.
