Default Real time Point Spread movement and history, Is it worth it?

I saw on Donbest for $600 a month, real time point spread movement. What are the advantages of it? What are the disadvantages of it?

Is the advantage something like this, Lets say Pinnacles spread on a game is -5 Dallas vs Denver in Dallas. On Don Best you can see the point spread move before the books can react to it. If a heavy order for Dallas comes in and makes the spread -7. So Assuming you see this you buy up the -5 spread for Dallas before the -7 spread comes about in the next couple minutes.

Is that the advantage of this service?

Obvious $600 a month is the disadvantage.

Studying line movements is a very interesting field. Love the quote by Stam Tomchin about that subject: "I don't even have to know who's playing. I don't have to know anything. I can look at the numbers and I can tell you the winners." He studied it for years.

I don't think it is still the same as in those days, but I wouldn't fork over $600 a month. This service is a lot cheaper and claims to be faster than Don Best: http://www.sportsinsights.com/screenshot2.asp

There are lots of complaints about books' ability to manipulate these numbers on the premium service to sandbag pure steamchasers.

The $129 version is on a two minute (I think) delay, and it gives you the Urgents (injury information) that often correlate to the line moves as well as the line history feature.
