Lightbulb My first video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ot8s...eature=related

Actually, I've been debating whether to show this for a while now. Here's a vid I made a year or so ago for me mates at wannabebig.com and thought I'd share it here at last.

SBR lifters, I've packed on about 10 pounds more since then and am a considerable bit leaner. Just sticking to heavy compounds and HIIT mostly. Will post a progress pic or vid soon.

Actually, I'm never happy with my bod. Thanks though. Most of the dudes I workout with are bigger and leaner than me. My traps, upper chest, forearms and shoulders need serious work.

I must have missed them. isn't that crazy how those who work hard to take care of their body are never satisfied, or so it seems, and those fat lard asses out there feel no guilt having ice cream after their pizza? ironic!

It is nothing to write home about. I only started lifting a few weeks ago. Mostly been dieting. 4-5 months ago I was so fat I could not even see my feet. Feeling much better now. 49 lbs lighter and 11 inches off the waist. I have years to go before I get your muscles if at all since I am an old fart now.

Hey, pic, that's really awesome, baby! Excellent progress indeed. Whatever you're doing is obviously working. It's particulalry intriguing to me how our bodies respond to various routines but for me personally, i've found that lifting heavy (8-10 reps) and consuming about 200 gs of lean protein a day has helped me make muscle gains and lean out. Cheers!

LOL! My age changes, depending on how I feel. Hehehe. I am a big kid though. Today though, i feel like I'm 50 as I tweaked a trap yesterday on DLs. Much better today than yesterday though. Went for the 500 PR and failed. Phuck me! Nothing sreious though.

As for what I'm on, all natty. I eat with strict dedication. I consume lots of lean protein (chicken breats, flank steak, turkey and egg whites -- Body Fortress whey protein too), sweet potatoes n oatmeal, whole wheat bread and good fats (avacados and pecans, olive oil too).

of course you guys are all just toying with him, right?? are you guys actually falling for this? This is NOT buzzy.. no way would any gambler have a body like that. we all dream of having bodies like this, but it doesn't exist. we gamblers spend 12 hrs a day in front of a computer checking scores and gambling. this guy here is at the gym 4 hrs a day, 7 days a week.. no gambler will ever have a body like this.. it's a fantasy.

plus, how can jj have 200 views avg per video, and buzzy here gets 50,000 views. that's what gave it away..

Nicky, therein lies the common misconception that non weightlifters have. We grow OUTSIDE of the gym. Resting and eating is anabolic. Lifting tears down existing muscle. It was when I stopped lifting 6 days a week and started RESTING AND EATING that I saw real gains. Word. Most beginners/novices OVERTRAIN!

Now for those on roids, they can lift 6 days a week n make gains because of enhanced muscle recovery. Never tried em and I never will.

Hey buzzy what do you think of my workout below. Too much? I just joined a gym this week so I am still testing out what I can and cannot do. My right elbow has tennis elbow now and both my wrists are messed up. I also have nerve damage in my left arm and left leg so I have to be especially careful. Over the next couple weeks I will adjust the weights accordingly. Also, I made a bodyspace page at the bodybuilding forum.

Damn! That's a lot of volume, pal! No wonder you are having pain. I'd suggest a simple program for a while and see how you respond. Big compounds (bench press, deadlift, squat, military press, dips and rows), 3 sets of 6-8 reps, hitting each muscle once a week should be the focus. You could throw in some ancillary shit like curls and pullups for shits n giggles. As important as the lifting though is eating at least 1g of protein per lb of bw each day and getting solid sleep each night.

I'm no doc though so can't comment really on nerve damage but your CNS will get phucked with too much volume. Consult your doc before doing anything I suggest.

this buzzy guy might be mental.. don't you remember he said awhile back that there is this girl stalking him that works at the gym and she wanted to fukk him, and he's scared his GF will find out and he wasn't interested.

but we dont ever see a girl in his vid.. could that story have been made up? i knew it was made up.. this kid lives in a fantasy world.
