Default I could be the first known SBR CW Superstiff - Resolved

For those of you tired of CW Threads I am sorry, thought I'd man up.
Cashed out for $620 roughly 3 weeks ago, then the Celtics screwed me for roughtly $1300 (yes, I'm the idiot who bet their road games) and it was all down hill from there. I tried to make a payment arrangement with them I could afford but now I have car trouble and can't afford the amount of the 1st payment they demand I make.
I don't want it like this. "Ben" just called and said I go on the SuperStiff Page Tuesday at don't pay today, which I simply cannot do.
It's embarrassing, and it sucks, if they would settle for less for the 1st payment I"d be glad ot pay them over time.
Anyway I thought I"d vent and see if anyone knows what happens to their superstiffs, etc (serious responses please, even though I'm a scumbag Superstiff).
    -Steve

I reluctantly agreed to a large 1st payment the other day followed by several small ones. Now, as I stated, I have car trouble and can't afford the first payment, which they've made it clear they won't waiver on the amount of because I collected $ from them. Pathetic I know, but its reality.

I told them 8 weekly $125 payments earlier this morning after starting this thread. The person I spoke to then, Carlos, SAID THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE, and I was psyched. Then someone named George, who sounded exactly like the Ben that called me, called me, hung up, then called right back and left voicemail firing away saying what Carlos had agreed to was unnacceptable. I'm not sure where to go from here...I really am trying to settle with them for weekly payments and they are treating me like the same stiffs that tell them to **** off or ignore them. He says if I can't send the bigger payment today then they will "do what they have to do". Sucks. I'm seriously considering involving the authorities I don't like being messed with, especially when I am trying to make good (though yes I still understand I messed up in the 1st place).

I think part of it is, you've never settled with them before, have you?

So to them, you are still someone that has been paid and shown no effort in paying them back. Also, you changed what you originally agreed to, which is problem #2.

What amount did you then try to settle weekly for after your unexpected "car problems"?

goes without saying , you are wrong to have put yourself in this position.

having said that , I would chat with CW again and say "do you want 8x125.00 or do you want nothing?" if they say that is unacceptable then move on with your life. learn from this

It was $310, then weekly payments. In the short term I need the $185 for car work desperately, but again the $125 a week I can barely swing, and was pleased Carlos accepted it until George called freaking out. How does one rep accept an offer then another calls and voids it? (<----said the current superstiff, I know, but WTF?!)

If the guy sends $125 today I would think that shows a effort. Maybe he really did have car problems.

Send what you can and tell them if they want any more payments,to shut their fn traps.Unless they are a shit joint, they'll accept it.Those puzzies aren't coming after you, they're just trying to intimidate you.

The bottom line is, if you agree to send $310, and they approve your payment plans which you've lined out, and then you go and say "wait I have car problems, I can only send $125 now", that's not going to be acceptable.

Can't you see how absolutely ridiculous that sounds?

the worst they'll do to you is have you dangling from a 10 store bank. yes they duked the manager to let them go up the stairs. don't worry, they won't let go and it's actually kinda a rush

Also what kind of person not only gets pissed that he backs out of his original payment plan, but then goes and mentions bringing in the authorities? That's low class brother.

I agree with the cricism of my self and if the situation were any different I would pay more, but i simply don't have it. I deserve to be flamed, but not to be treated the same as a Stiff who does not want to make good at all. I am trying to settle as we speak.

That's not going to happen, stop believing every last thing you see written on these forums. A good 95% are stiffs, or people with agendas such as other outfits. This isn't an operation ran out of a basement in Philly, jesus.

Nobody that actually plays there has a negative thing to say, everyone has been paid, what more do you want?

    Ok a couple things:
1st off I am glad to report that we came to a new payment agreement, $250 every 2 weeks for me, starting next week in light of my issues.
2nd I misspoke when I said that Carlos said it was acceptable, what he said was that is sounded acceptable and he would pass it along.
3rd I only posted about wanting to call the authorities because I made the maistake of taking Compaqqs 1st post on this thread seriously (Compaqq u a funny dude, and CW agrees lol)
Time to go move on with my life thank you for your responses and advice fellas.

My gf made me super stiff last night. But seriously bro you need to consider taking a break from gambling, or at least betting only what you can afford to lose. I see nothing CW did wrong in this situation, first you won and they paid you, second you lost and told them you couldn't pay it all and wanted to make payment arrangements which they did, third you failed to make the agreed upon payment arrangements so they made new ones which you could afford, they handled this correctly IMO.

banged up is slang around here for having a barreled in look when you have your mug shot taken at DPS. they don't knock you around that i know of. i'm sure you've looked at those disasterous stiffs and we assumed you would look twice as worst.

man this quote was classic "That k***ot** dude has stiffed me and a shitload of people. I think he is getting his just because he looks like his face caught on fire and somebody tried to put it out with a manhole cover.

I agree 100% they have been fine...I was under the impression that Carlos said my proposal WAS acceptable when George carified saying it SOUNDED acceptable.
Therefore no bad on their part I"m the douche but I'll pay up.
