Default Dimeline sportsbook cleaning up their act, sending everyone e-mails.They spy here???

It seems like www.dimelinesports.com is trying to get out of the basement of SBR ratings and doing everything in their power to legitimize their sportsbook. They are sending e-mails out saying that their whole business model is changing where they will focus on customer service.Anyone receive one of these e-mails?I sent them an e-mail back asking a question about deposits and I almost fell off my chair when I received an e-mail back from them in about 2 minutes taking care of the matter.

Someone with 0 posts was on here last week talking about improvements at Dimeline and I think the guy was from Dimeline.

I signed up and deposited $50.
There response was fast and they seemed friendly.

UNTIL TODAY!

I cant log on. Says maintainance. Phone numbers dont work.

I think I got scammed.

At least it was only $50.

yea bigdog what is up with that? i couldn't log in since last night

"unavailable due to maintenance"..that seems highly strange..usually when a book undergoes changes it doesn't take more than 1-2 hours tops

anybody having any luck with them?

I got an email from them last night saying this would take 48-72 hours...they are completely changing software , ridding themselves from the futurebet umbrella once and for all , I'd imagine

are you serious Mr.? if thats the case then its nothing more than an excessive delay on their part. Can someone answer me this. I read about how they aren't the best sportsbook. I read about how they are very slow when it comes to withdrawals. But the bottom line is, do they actually payout? Its a yes or no question. Someone in these forums said he had no bad experiences with them so i'm imagining they do.

Here's the thing, i heard about them a short while ago. I registered and am currently playing with the $10 they offered. They told me no deposit is required if i choose to eventually cash out if i got so lucky. I've already won a bunch of games since then. So, what i want to know is if I get to $200 will i actually receive the money? (canada) i don't care how long it will take. I asked one dude on live chat, 'whats the catch" referring to the free bet..he simply told me its a marketing tool to get ppl to deposit.
See i don't want to cheer for all these games and watch my winnings go up and find out it was all a scam. Anybody feel what i'm saying?

Why would any sports site be down on a weekend. They are losing so much action its not even funny. No wonder they lost money before. I didnt receive any emails about the site being down.
That is another thing a well-run site would tell its customers before actually going down for whatever reason. I am going to play my last $43 and call it quits with them. If the sit ever comes back up. Too much shadyness going on.

I posted awhile back and they actually paid me but it was a small amount.I can't believe the site is down with a nba playoff game and the stanley cup on tonight.

the thing with futurebet makes sense but this is unreal to say the least.the customer service has been really good with them over the past month but I really hope this isn't what everyone said about them and they are pulling another betonsports type fiasco

I hope they are getting their house in order,we will see

yea i can see now why they are rated D...what quality book doesn't notify their clients ahead of time that they will be temporarily closed? and during the busy playoff weekend? thats retarded...all i care about is getting to $200 and cashing out my winnings. but based on ppls attitude towards DimeLineSports..i might as well just abandon my current balance since its probably nothing more than cartoon money. f**kme

here's what I got

We are very sorry for the website maintenance as we are in the process of permanently moving our servers away from the Futurebet platform. As most of you know Futurebet served as our software provider and customer support for the past two years.

This move will bring our new Poker Network as well as added payment options such as Neteller, Money Bookers and Click to pay. Rest assured all of your balances as well as pending wagers are stored and will not be affected during the move. We plan on being back online in 48-72 hours so you will be able to login then.

We will be offering extra promos and bonuses to compensate you for your patience during this transition to our own platform. If you have questions or concerns feel free to contact us at dimelinesports@yahoo.com.

so do you guys recommend I keep striving to reach $200? i'm confused is this book legit or not? i kept seeing the word 'scam' associated with dimeline but was that all directed at the bad customer service or what

its just hard to imagine is all i'm saying..i don't deposit a penny..they give me free cash..i convert it to big money..they pay me..

has anyone here been successful with the free bonus?

One of the futurebet licensees, who was ripped off like most other licensees, made an agreement to get a copy of the software on an independent server. DLS is expected to join this group as are some others. We expect to speak with the owner of the group tomorrow.

anytime a d book contacts you to put money down, you should wait at least 1 month to see whats really going on.

I really hope this books not afraud, that would really bum me out especially with the run i'm having. The thing is some dude posted here at SBR and claimed that he had no issues with Dimeline..he said they paid him quickly and conveniently..so isn't that enough proof that the book is legit? maybe not i don't know..if it wasn't i think it would have a lot worse rating than a D. thats just my 2 cents

I don't know about ID requirements, but you might take a look at 5Dimes also.

Hey,does anyone know the betting limits with the $10 bet. Can you bet parlays, teasers anything you want or is it strictly straight wagers. Some guy with oddsmaker took his free $100 all the way to $1900, but the book reset it back to $100 after they realized one of his earlier bets was a combo. That is some serious bullshit
