    Well, it's cool and crisp here in NC, too, Buz and for me, it's treadmill and arms day.

    Oh, and your thread title made me think of Robin Williams "Good Morning, Vietnam" - one of the funniest movies of all time.

    Today I will do as little as possible after work. I would like very much to watch mindless TV on the couch with my boyfriend.

    Morning,
    Chest, Shoulder, Tris today and no cardio but alot of abs. Brisk here too. Hope everyone is having a stellar day.

    I have been by it, but not in it. It's restaurant, Gabriele's, is a hoped-for dining spot for me in the future, but it'll have to be a future were I have an extra couple hundred dollars!

    I come down your way a couple times a year for darting events and the occasional NFL game.

    if your lifting for strength, I'd recommend doing one muscle group a day or an hour. Maybe two, but your not getting those groups to failure with that many in one day. And certainly not under 60-90 minutes.

    Pushing body parts one day, Pulling the day after next. (please no jokes about pulling and body parts. It's too easy.) Every other day. I put legs in with back and Biceps to balance the time.

    Good almost mid-day SBR, I see alot of people live in the carolina area apparently and they also do some lifting. As you can tell my me in my avatar, I do minimal lifting, but I will do about 2.5 hours on the bike today if the weather stays nice and sunny finally. The last week I had to do time on the rollers because the weather sucked. Like watching paint dry.
