Randolf is a fukkin momaluke, has no clue what is going on in game and players quit on him. Mets need a tough guy type like Larry Bowa or Bobby Valentine.

I don't think Girardi will be going anywhere soon but his in-game management blows just like it did in Florida.
Girardi is an excellent motivator and he gives it his all but he is so overrated as a manager that it's not even funny.
