    Default BetUS CC Deposit

My CC company has sent me a letter today advising me of a transaction that is not going to be processed reversed. Basically denying my deposit to betus.com.

Betus.com accepted the CC transaction. What do I do? There customer service doesn't know whats going on either. They then told me to ** more money to them...lol

This is screwed up. I have a migraine already too. Long weekend (night in jail does that to you), long day, and my buddy ended up in the hospital on a motorcycle accident. I think everything I touch is going bad.

Anyways, since my CC flagged betus, what do I do?

If they took without permission for unknown time $18k I would bless your CC company and stay away.
Too bad mods deleted my betfair thread but I wish you guys would start using this book or 5Dimes or Bookmaker - don't you want to get paid after winning on time?

I think this might have something to do with the new policy they have adopted sir. This thread should better detail things for you.

Not sure why it's not working fellas, however I will talk to the gentlemen in the office tomorrow about this problem and get it corrected. Meanwhile, just type this topic title in the search feature the forum has and it will prompt you to the thread:

Well the transaction went through on the website but my CC company stopped it. Is it wrong to say I made the payment, its not my fault my CC flagged you and walk away? Is there anything wrong with that?

They are just notifying me now, I'm assuming 7-10 business day processing time plus mail time? Not sure, but I just got a letter about it today.

    PC,

Would you send me an email at justin@sportsbookreview.com? BetUS would like to address your complaint.

    bump for PureC.

PC, BetUs asked if they could take a look at this for you. It sounds like this can be fixed without the additional deposit fees if you still want to address it.

I'm good. I'm waiting on **** to refund the money from my payment I just sent. They told me they need to wait for the bank to clear the payment. I think the confusion was with the representative that I had the day I made this thread/called in.

Over the weekend I noticed a $10.35 fee on my CC from my CC company. At first I didn't know what this fee was for. The CC company representative said that it appears I made some sort of cash advance transaction, for instance a wire transfer (which I didn't). The rep had trouble figuring out exactly what the fee was tied to, but eventually figured out that the fee was related to a website charge which I knew to be from BetUS.com.

I called BetUS.com and they said that some of their customers have had that problem with fees, and that this shouldn't be happening. The BetUS.com rep said that if I send them a copy of my CC statement showing the transaction, they will reimburse me. I took a screen shot and omitted the irrelevant info and emailed them.

I called later and the rep said that he would give me a free play for $10. I asked "What happened to the $0.35? The fee is for $10.35." He said he couldn't give me change, only whole dollars. I said "Better make it $11 then." He did that, and even better, he gave me an extra $11 in case my CC company charged me another fee for a separate pending BetUS.com CC transaction. This brings me to a total of $22 in free plays. Obviously money in the account would have been better than free play money, but I'll take it.
