You're right I have put on a few extra lbs lately, mostly in the winter as it's too horrible to do much outside. I've played basketball 7/8 days this week though.
Around 6-2 240 or so... I am more than capable of getting down to 200 if you'd like to put your money where your mouth is...I cooked a nice steak w/ baked potato last night and cutting out all the junk...
What you forget is I am Italian and also taller than you so I can carry my weight better, now why don't you go prove that no men ever landed on the moon...
6'2 240 isnt that bad at all for somebody who is physically active every day...im 6'0 207 as of today in the gym...you cant be that much thicker than me w/ an extra 2 inches
