I have been playing at Cris for a few months now and have only had very minor problems. Whenever i have problems, they are usually compounded by getting treated like shit by the Cris customer service reps. This problem was no exception. I made a cashout a few days ago for about $2k. i made a couple of $500 deposits a couple of days later and i was told i was not eligible for any bonus since i had just withdrawn. I had no problem with this because i knew the rules and knew i wouldnt get a bonus. Unfortunetly i ended up losing the $1000 pretty quickly. I talked to the CRIS reps via live chat and they told me i would be eligible for a 15% bonus for march if i made another deposit. i asked them to make sure my account was eligible, and they said it was. then today, before i deposited i talked to CS again and they once again told me i would get the bonus. i deposited, asked for the bonus, and they said i would have it in 20 minutes. 3 hours later i still have no bonus. i ask CS and they say i am not eligible. I explain what happened and they basically just tell me "tought shit, what are you going to do."

So basically i am done with this book forver. there are a ton of books that will treat me way better and give me a more generous bonus. i warn all players to stay away from CRIS. They charge you out the ass for withdrawls and then they treat you like shit when you try to hold them to their word.

I don't know how this book can maintain an A rating with such shitty CS. They make you wait on hold for long periods and when you get someone they are a smartass. These cocky bastards think they are so good they can get away with it. Why can most C books at least provide polite CS. I would hate to have a dispute with these guys because they're pricks.

let me first off say that I think cris is a good book, they are one of the 6 books in the entire world that I play with...I also appreciate them sponsoring the Beat the Prick contest...

that all being said, I do have to agree that I have become less of a believer in Cris's CS...I won't bring up old news, but I had a previous experience that was handled less than professionally by the CS agents...the supervisors ended up stepping in and making things right for the most part, but I believe there entry level CS agents need to be selected better and trained better...I have to be honest here...I am reading more and more complaints across the net about cris's CS...

I've had experiences with the "clueless" CS reps there also ... Fact is, this problem goes back to management.

I also have had bad experiences with live chat of BetCris where they told me there wouldn't be any fees when I deposit money with Neteller. I knew there are no fees but as my account is in Euro I asked after the exchange rate and they said I hadn't to pay for it. Of course I had to pay though... I had made a screen shot and showed them after the transaction. They said there must have been a misunderstanding and if I wanted to avoid fees next time I should try Moneybookers. Guess what happened when I deposited with Moneybookers some weeks later... Again less money reached my BetCris account then I had originally sent. Another annoying thing is the well know round down of every winning amount. BetCris is not a bad sportsbook but I wouldn't rate them higher than B or B-.

I am surprised, I thought I was alone in thinking CRIS is an
overrated book. Pinnacle is way better!!!

Cris CS do act like cocky little bastards. I rate them B still though
cause they have been mentioned on CNN, and they have good
lines sometimes. But I withdrew most of my money from them
cause other books are better.

I play there, but mostly because they allow pucklines to be parlayed with totals. They are often first to put out a line for H2 NBA ( ahead of Pinny). I go into H2 looking for a number, I've seen CRIS open +8, then Pinny hangs +6, CRIS has moved to Pinny's #.

CRIS is OK book, line starts there pretty much, not worth having for most small players, IMO. If you want big limits, early lines, they do that ! I respect what they do, somebody has to start, few do, maybe only CRIS, Pinny, Greek, are true books with linemakers, everybody copies them.

Certainly pussy books wait until posting lines... the Bodogs, Skybooks, SIA's, and countless others.

Also about the 2nd half bets at cris. You say sometimes
there is a 2pt difference in the 2nd half spread between
them and Pinny?
