I went to a Braves game back at Fulton County Stadium during the playoff run. Watched the Braves game and then stayed and watched a game on the screen to watch the Braves clinch the division. It was awesome, all the players came back out on the field. I cant remember what year it was, I was a kid.

They don't schedule doubleheaders anymore. They just do day-night ones now which are to make up lost dates so the answer to your question is that yes they are technically supposed to kick your ass out after the first one.

Went to a Phillies-Marlins doubleheader in the late 90's when both teams were terrible. Bored out of mind. Just too much baseball. I can barely sit through an inning now and I think a lot of it comes from that doubleheader.

Doubleheader's are only scheduled because games get rained out.

And contrary to what has been posted, you don't have to leave after game 1. I've been to 2 doubleheaders and never have I payed for 2 games.

Last one I went to was Cubs at Marlins. Frickin awesome.

Anyone who doesnt like doubleheaders just isnt that big of a baseball fan.
