of the ones i know of-bookmaker seems best
is there any better that americans can use?
i particularly like the ""set" betting but bookmaker just puts those up towards the end of the tourney

The best for tennis would be pinnacle or Betfair.Betfair also has the matches in-running so thats always good for tennis betting. Bet 365 also has tennis matches in running but only if you like to bet 20 bucks per match

none of those can be used by americans i'm afraid, but definetly betfair is the best one
Right, my answer was more geared toward US bettors.
For U.S. players 5Dimes is your best option Crazyl. They even offer qualifiers when others don't.
