Good news here.

The US is supposed to be the land of opportunity, but in many instances that's just a big joke.

Gotta be tough being a huge minority and dealing with all the racism, sexism, etc. It's hard enough trying to earn a living these days, dealing with all the outside BS has to even harder. I can't imagine what these people had to deal with thus far in life. Chalk one up for the good guys.

The religious beliefs argument on just about anything makes me wanna kill myself. Just look at the 3rd world countries and all their wars and genecide. All because of "religious beliefs".

I just think society in general focuses too much and the negative and what we Can't do. Rather than what we CAN do, to make people happier in life.

I can't find a way that same sex couples would bother anyone here. I know it would bother me one bit. I just know the world would be a better place if more people were happy with themselves and their lives.

Im totaly against gay marriage. Also against heterosexual marriage to. Silly shit causes more problems then its worth. Do it Goldie Hawn/Kurt Russell style. Think about it. What if someone came up to you with a business venture and said the chances of it succeeding are 35 percent and if it doesn't succeed you lose over half of your money. Would you be excited to jump right into this business?

Libertarian thoughts here.Personally I don't care what any consenting adults do behind closed doors.Just don't tell me about it or make me pay for any type of freebie handout benefits involved in it.This whole thing isn't about love,it's about getting government and company benefits.If I had it my way,we would start taking away benefits from even heterosexual couples.I personally know single guys without kids who married women with a bunch of kids,adopted them and put them on the company insurance plan and abused the hell out of it.It's all the worse when it involves the person working for a branch of the government where he gets dependents put on all the benefit plans.That way,everyone pays for it.
