I seriously doubt he's hurting for cash, who knows why this happened, there are two sides to every story remember.. Maybe it's their mistake somehow. He just renewed his deal with TNT, he is in commercial after commercial, he made a fortune playing ball, the guy can afford to gamble..

Wynn Las Vegas filed court documents Wednesday alleging that Barkley failed to repay four $100,000 casino markers, or loans, he received last Oct. 18 and 19. The lawsuit, filed by Wynn Resorts, the parent company of Wynn Las Vegas, also seeks attorneys fees, court costs, and interest.
"It's my fault,'' said Barkley, who was at Ross Bridge to participate in the Regions Charity Classic Pro-Am on Thursday.
"I owe it. I've let too much time lapse and it's my fault and I'll handle it.''
