Would you leave if Mo left?
Be 100% honest. Sure I've won a few contests, but that really has nothing to do with my opinion( you can't buy me for $50-$100). Think about what he does day in and day out. No one works harder than he does...seriously.
He doesn't need to make videos for the IQ challenged. Instead he makes write-ups that are extremely insightful. The guy is about sports--not junior high popularity.
So my point is quite simply, yes or no, do you leave if Mo does? My simple answer is yes, but I'd still use SBR's free line service.

Mo is a great poster and a good person. I wouldnt leave if he left just because there are a lot of other posters around here that I like but I definitely think SBR would be losing a huge asset.

Mofo is a top notch poster and supplies more insight than anyone on the board. I'm sure it takes tons of his time and effort to provide us with the great write-ups and information that he provides us. I would stay here because there are tons of other posters whom I like as well. It would be a huge loss for sbr if Mofo were to leave and I am sure that I would join wherever he went but stay posting here as well.

Yes, but it's more of an opinion-- not an ultimatum. Not like if i lose a bet, I'll leave for a week.
PS I would just stop posting and just use the freebies.

SBR is big enough now to where one or even five posters don't make this site anymore. This isn't a knock against MO and I'm sure he'll agree with that fact that one person doesn't make a site especially a site like SBR.

If I didn't enjoy this place so much I would've left when SBR John left.. I miss that guys posts. He was the face of SBR, now it's a whole new identity which is cool but so was the old way..

HH, coming from someone i respect as much as you, this is quite the compliment. that being said, i work hard here and try to come up with new ideas because the group here is pretty amazing. no site, imo, has more overall talent. no site has as many young posters either which brushes some the wrong way when things get out of hand, but the group here is superior to the others, imo; even though at times things get out of hand. ive learned a lot here about handicapping and just about dealing with things better that i did not necessarily agree with. I wasn't around before, but im told that the place is growing at a tremendous rate and i just hope we always have enough worthwhile content to keep the new guys wanting to sign up and the old guys happy. coming up with new ideas is fun and im lucky to be part of this site; not so much the other way around. i dont really see everyone here as just a 'poster' i look at a large number of people here as friends, and i would do anything for a friend. thats probably what some recognize and like and what others think is kinda dumb. I honestly enjoy when everyone gets into a contest and i would honestly do anything i could for anyone here on or off the boards. we'll all debate from time to time, but thats good fun. when push comes to shove, i care about the guys here like my buds from back home. we're all just people trying to enjoy some time in a world thats not always all so easy.

I agree 100%. There are lots of great guys on every site...the sum of the parts makes the whole. I think the sum here is pretty good.

Ghosts saturated SBR a lot less back in the day. Less look at me and how good I am threads back then too. I like a lot of these new cats that are here now though. So I guess it all balances out.
