Kinda saw this coming since she has had a horrible year and looks disinterested every time she plays
Was good to see someone else on top of the tennis world though the last couple of years.

How could you see this coming? She had her best year last year. Justine has been struggling this year but that's no reason to retire. Who retires when they're #1? The girls on the WTA have to be celebrating inside.

Could see it coming because she hasn't had her mind on tennis this year. Have been reading lots about how she was uncertain of her future and lacking confidence, etc etc. Put all of this together, plus the fact that she has all of the millions she will ever need, her packing it in was going to come sooner then later
