CLEVELAND, Tenn. (AP) - A man was arrested after pulling marijuana from his pocket at a security check at a court. The man was visiting the courts section of the Bradley County Justice Center on Monday when he was asked to empty his pockets into a plastic bowl, a standard procedure.

Sheriff Tim Gobble said the items he placed in the bowl included marijuana and rolling papers. When questioned, the man ran from the building, but officers captured him within minutes.

The man faces charges of having contraband in a penal institution and evading arrest.

I spent the night in county jail for a DUI once with about 2 grams of coke in my sock. Of course they pat you down when you are arrested but the cop didn't feel it there. Then when I got to the jail they make you take your shoes and socks off. There was a guard standing there watching me. He was talking to the booker at the same time. I was buzzed so I wasn't nervous at all (.23 BAL). I just kind of stuck my finger in my sock and wrapped the bag in my finger and at the same time pulled my sock off and then had the bag in my hand. I then put them back on and the guard was not watching hardly at all then so I was able to slip it back into my sock. Spent the night there with coke in my sock. Actually was buzzed enough to where I seriously considered breaking it out and doing some in the holding cell.

Yo, I used to be involved with some musicians, and as most people know, musicians are some of the DUMBEST idiots around. This one cat I knew, had tattoos and piercings and everything, wanted to be a tough guy but was really a pussy, he and his lame friends went to the ricki lake show or the jenny jones show or something like that. And yeah when he was going through the metal detector checkpoint, pulled out some kind of weapon from his pocket and put it in the plastic tray, and then walked through the metal detector. It was the dumbest thing I've ever heard, but not surprising. I forgot what they did to him though, I wish I could remember.
