Default If you don't think GWB is a moron....

...this quote should help seal the deal for you.

“I don't want some mom whose son may have recently died to see the commander in chief playing golf,” he said. “I feel I owe it to the families to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal.”

Is he kidding??? He owes it to the families of dead soldiers not to play golf.

If you couldn't see that he was a moron from his 2000 campaign than it's too late now.

The people who voted for George Bush in either or both the 2000 and 2004 elections are just as much to blame for current miseries of this country. Those who voted for him have the blood of American solidiers on their hands.

Trying to eliminate Saddam, extending the ground war into an occupation of Iraq, would have violated our guideline about not changing objectives in midstream, engaging in "mission creep," and would have incurred incalculable human and political costs. Apprehending him was probably impossible. We had been unable to find Noriega in Panama, which we knew intimately. We would have been forced to occupy Baghdad and, in effect, rule Iraq. - George HW Bush, 1998

How about this quote from President Eisenhower, during a news conference:

"I didn't say that I didn't say it. I said that I didn't say that I said it. I want to make that very clear."
