A month ago only the bold part was present.

They say that the rules are subject to change without prior notice, but is it legal to do this change retroactively?

I would believe that anyone signing up the date of or after these rule changes would be subject to having their info posted, but what about all of the people who signed up before the rule changes?

Not that it matters because they are a scam anyways but no the terms would not apply retroactively. Also 2pac turn on your pms. I need to talk to you.

They make their own rules. They aren't going by US rules which all that is against the law according to the Fair Debt Collection Act

They will not do this. It opens up the door for people to complain to state and federal agencies. Which I'm sure a company obviously traced to the US doen not want to deal with.
