sportingbet - searches for any occasion to not pay a prize to players.
In my case the passport has been lost. I have sent it(him) documents which were, but sportingbet have counted them not valid and have closed my account.
Now my passport was found also I has again addressed to them, but they have told, that my train has already left.

Too bad for players. SportingbetUSA had some of the best customer service in the industry. And because they paid so little they ended up being the official trainer of CS people. It seems like every one we meet in CR started with SportingbetUSA. It seems like more just plain stupid business to train employees and not be able to keep them.
