    I've seen it. I'd note that it is incorrect regarding its interpretation of the law as it applies to individuals not in the business of betting.

    Technically the bet is being placed where the book is based, not where the call is coming from.

    In New York vs WSEX/J Cohen, just the opposite happened. A guy placed a bet from New York, and New York claimed Jurisdiction. It's a crock, but that's the current law.
