actually, talking about pinnacle, in another topic here some guy's pinnacle account was hacked and emptied by banking methods that should not have been available in his account. pinnacle clearly made an error, but it took, what was it, three months? for them to see that and refund the amount.

188bet should be more responsive, but not only 188bet, almost every book (also a lot of other companies in general worldwide) i know at one point or another make screw-ups, and then are very very slow in solving them. no answer after two days is not that special, for some reason very very few books out there find it worthwile to invest in decent CS.

if you have never earlier in your gambling career had any issues with a book which took way too long to be resolved you are very very lucky (or you have not been betting a long time)

Juice, I wrote what I wrote based on experience with them. I bet with them back in the day, and I know other players who play with them. I am not denying you are having a serious problem, and like I said SBR would like to help. Thousands of players play with them, and I don't know of any payout complaint with them that has ever been sent to SBR. The reason they are not rated highly here at SBR is that we went through the Pointbet issue. Pointbet had a seriously good reputation internationally and offered similar betting, but in the end they went down. Because of that, our view of low juice asian soccer books is very cautious.

Nor have I Lakerfan. I believe they are owned by an Asian cigarette mogul, and after thinking about it for a second. I haven't heard of anyones limits being cut there either.

As i told before, they might block you if they find that from the same IP computer you have signed multiples accounts. I understand your frustation but what you've done it sin't going to solve the problem.

Fill the complaint at SBR and wait until next week to see if they really sent the money to your bank

I remember reading something similar to this before. From what I can recall from that situation was that the IP the player was using was close to a Country that the book didn't accept players from. Maybe it could be something along those lines?

Well, I just requested a 2750 to my moneybookers account from them and let us see what will happen. I do not believe they will try to scam you, they just got their Isle of Man license and (according to them, can somebody confirm this?) they have all the players' funds in some bank in England.
Anyway, keep us updated!

I prefer the old site to the new site. Im fed up with logging into the old site and being transfered then logging in again. I have now bookmarked the new website to make it easier.

Ive been using the new site now for over a week and ive not received any problems at all. Ive deposited, money has been there. Ive placed bets and they have been in my last 10 pending bets. Ive also made a withdrawal to my Moneybookers account on Sunday and this morning it was in my account.

Your problem seems to be a internet explorer problem. I dont think anyone else is having this problem.

you do not understand the situation . i have not problems with browser or software because i trid to use 100 different comps.so guys if one day you will wake up an see -match was losed- you will understand me.now they only answered that 3500 usd i will take at the end of this week (3-5 days)but another 13000 usd i can not bet and can not withdrawal - and the situation did not change. as i understand it is not problem for book let me open new active account and deposit all my old cash from old account to this new active one. i asked them but they only answering we are the greatest bookmaker something etc and we a doing everething to help etc but i cant betting from last friday and cant withdrawal while my poor browser lets me see results odds rules etc every shit - but i cannot still betting.
