i'm f-ckin starting to hate this book.. this is not the 1st time it happens. it happens 12 times a week and always at the worst time. it sucks because you put up an offer and you have no idea if it's accepted or not and now you dont know if you have action on it or not, and you are forced to bet somewhere else just in case it wasn't accepted. then you find out you ended up double the amount on the game on 8 games. this f-ckin sucks. i keep complaining about this and they never do anything. i am starting to hate this place

How much were you intending to bet on it? Why did it give you 5600?

Last year, I was trading on matchbook via live betting, and they took live betting off for 3+ innings. By the time they brought it back, the score had changed, against my favor. They said it was a simple "administrative error." This caused my a $500+ loss, since I would always "hedge", and I didn't have the chance. I argued that in the event of an "administrative error", all bets should be canceled and refunded, and the "administrator" should be castrated. I submitted a claim to SBR, and they were not able to help. Bullshiiit. Thanks, SBR.

That doesn't sound great at all, but for me the main reason not to play there still is that they only offer accounts in USD. Therefore there is always the big risk to lose money even without betting if the USD loses value again...
