Lester, imo, is one of the more overrated arms in the league. he struggles putting the ball over the plate and really doesnt have a 3rd pitch or a strike out pitch he can go to. Bonser is certainly nothing special, but the gap in talent here isn't overwhelming.

Minn was built for the dome and they are 11-6 in domes this season while Boston is winless (0-3) in domes in 2008. Certainly thats not the most meaningful stat in the world, but there is a difference b/w playing inside of and outside of a dome.

Ortiz and pedroia have lit Boof up so far in his young career, but they only have 2HR against him in 42 Abs which isn't bad.

Lester is giving up 4% more LDs per batted ball than bonsor and as only Ked 27 compared to 26 walks.

im leaning with the dog in this one as the better value. the best line i see is +114, but the best line i can get myself is +112

i dont think i'll play this one at all, unless i play the over, but im leaning toward minn at this point. lester doesn't have much, but the more i look at it the more the line seems to be on.
