Default is verlander trying to be zito?

he is not so hot starting this year. is he in a slump or he already peaked and it is all going down hill for him.

not sure if i want to take the tigers looking at his starts for this season.

He has had a problem with walks and homeruns.

The combinations of walks and homeruns are a killer, I don't think he has pitched as bad as his numbers indicate. But I would like to see a start where he doesn't walk that many and doesn't give up any hr's before I would put any money on him.

He's trying to sabotage my fantasy team. He's been doing a great job all season.

I read an article that he's actually having shoulder problems, and is keeping that from his manager and the public. I'll try to find it again for ya if I get a chance.

I couldn't find the exact story I read, but this is a credible site that refers to what I was talking about...

Also, if you compare the video's/flash below, and him throwing today, you can notice that there's a little bit of a difference with his delivery...

Thats strange. This day and age athlete that wants to actually play, so he keeps a injury away from everyone?

Just shut it down, and still get paid. Geez.

I started benching him after his first 2 starts. Too unreliable now.

That's why I capitalized on his misfortunes I went with the Red Sox. Verlander is great fade material for the moment. I do however think he will at some point get a few winning games under his belt.

How about Carl Pavano? The guy made millions by sitting on his ass and being a sissy.
