Actually advantage gambling has very little to do with picking winners.

Nevertheless, if you must, all you have to do is check out any of the contests SBR has here (those aren't about picking winners either, but you won't be able to grasp that) and see how i've done:

yes, it's all about winning, you're right.. but don't have a competition based on one game.. even if you hit 64%, you can lose that one game.

if you wanna have a competition with durito, why not have a competition of 100 picks each.. and whoever wins more games, wins the bet.. 100 games is still not a large enough sample to prove who is better, but it sure is better than 1 game.. or have 300 games if you want... that'll give you some idea who is a better capper. but first, try 100 games and see how that goes.

These sorts of contests actually are not particularly advantageous for an advantage player and don't really prove anything.

start a thread. each of you has 1000 units. you can bet whatever you want for a month. whoever has the higher balance at the end of the month wins.

i think you two should put some money in an escrow account. if you want to be serious, you each post up 10k.

make the picks public and only use pinnacle lines. edited posts are okay as long as it is before the start of the game. if a post is edited after the start of the event, then you automatically lose the entire event.

you two can hash out more rules in detail, but i think 1 month is a pretty good time frame for a handicapping contest.

ask a mod to keep track of the thread and make it private so only you two can make posts.
