It's tough to find good sports broadcasting. It's almost like they put guys out there that people hate. It's wierd. It's like that's what sells.

It's the shock-jock effect that Howard Stern created, IMO. I listen to Cowlin Coward here and there, and totally hate the guy and his takes, but I'm convinced that's how he rolls, he tries to rile up the audience to keep them calling in and listening, I guess. At best, I think he's trying to be the Howard Stern of radio sports, I guess. But, he really needs more strippers on the show. Jim Rome is similar. I mean, Rome is just a jerkoff retard that's borderline autistic (think Rainman). Rome doesn't mean to be an idiot, that's just his personna. He seems to get enough run with his act.

I didn't know Bayliss was still around, but I never liked him either. But still not as bad as Steven A Smith (SAS). Being a bigot just crosses a line for me.
