Question BBD, Donjuan...was San Jose Sharks plus money the "right" side?

i am a square and i betted dallas last night. it seems a lot of the good cappers are on Sharks last night. since the game is already over, if you're willing to share your analysis of the "edge" for the sharks, it would be pretty interesting. did you cap it at sharks win% at 50% and set the bet stake accordingly?

One thing I've learned from forums is, when good or respected handicappers lose they were on the right side, and when bettors without the "internet cred" win they were the lucky squares.

I didn't have a bet on the game. Just a Sharks fan. And as always, the "right side" is determined by the line you get and nothing else. Sharks +160 would have been a good play and Stars +100 would have been a good play. Also, there doesn't have to be a "right side" if the WA line is efficient and you can't line shop a +EV bet.

First of all, that quote was by me Crazy.....

Anyway, how could there be a "right side" to this game since it went to 4OT. Anyone could have won it. Hardly a game that one might consider a "right side" game.....

    Yes and no double B.

I had the Sharks last night and I did like the fact that I was getting plus money, especially the way that game was being played. It just sucks that the penalty decided that game, because their were much worse calls that weren't made.
