The Yankee-Red Sox feud rivalry is really overblown.If you want to see some crazy nuts that put British soccer hooligans to shame,drive from Green Bay to Minnesota or vice versa and see the violent crap that goes on.There are fist fights in wayside rests,road rage at people with team flags and stickers.etc.They even have a bar on the border of Minnesota and Wisconsin that's half Viking purple and half Packers green and gold.One time in Green Bay I saw a drunk Viking fan in a bar badmouth Bart Starr and I swear the swat team was almost called out.These people are probably brain surgeons in real life but when it comes to being idiot fans,they are men children.As if any player from the Yankees,Red Sox,Packers and Vikings gives a care over the well being of the idiot fans defending or badmouthing them.It's like when wrestling came to town as a kid where we would see the villain and good guy wrestling each other that night make the 200 mile drive up from Minneapolis together alone in the same car.hehe!

Wow....I'm a die hard Yanks fans but would never think of taking it to that level. To me, sports rivalries are all in good fun. It's great to get into an argument with a Red Sox fan but couldn't imagine being run over because of it.
