Default internet question about IP address

I have a laptop and I connect thru a usb cable to my laptop from my blackberry.

Another thread made me curious. Will my IP address always be the same or will it be different since I connect to the Verizon Wireless National Braodband Connection?

If I am traveling, my connection could come from many different towers or areas.

Is the IP strictly from my computer or from my connection(modem)?

It's determined by your connection. When you connect to an ISP they allocate you an IP number.

So my assumption is probably true.

Everytime I connect, I have a different IP address.

Could an A-rated book refuse to pay if they wanted to?

Bodog has never questioned this and have always paid, but I don't bet huge amounts of money and usually cash out when my balance is over $1500. I keep 500 in and cash out 1000 at a time.

    Thanks for your response chemist.

The problems occur when you repeatedly use the same IP as another user, especially if taking a bonus. If you are traveling and using different ones every login, I don't think that would be a problem.
