I now only gamble during football with a 2k budget. Let me tell you the time off is awesome. You find other things to do and i found I actually enjoy gambling again. I set a cap of 2k and follow a decilplined approach to money management. Once the seasons done I rest my skull. I also was a black jack junkie. f\*\*k casinos.
