    Not necessarily, usually kids like this become gang members and commit various offenses prosecuted as a juvenile (theft, assault, etc.) til they are 18, at which time they are out of school and generally have the option of working at McD's or committing more serious offenses, they chose the latter and end up killing someone in a robbery and by 19 are serving life with possiblity. 25 years later after spending 1 1/2 mil keeping him locked up they'll let him lose on parole and being the same worthless uneducated pile of shit he was before except now a 44 yr old man hardened by prison and facing the same opportunities of janitorial work or serious crime. Chooses the later once again, robs and/or rapes some chick then kills her and gets life without parole, 40 yrs and another 2 1/2 mil and he dies of old age.

    why is violence the first thing that this lady can think of to solve this problem?

    Dont get me wrong, he deserves a beating. But a temporary solution wont fix a long term problem.

    psychological warfare is the way to go for this. a professional would have this kid ballin his eyes out in less than 15 minutes and have him scarred for life in less than in hour. I bet one 48 hour session with dr. phil would turn him from biggie to tiger woods.

    This kid would laugh off any Dr. Phil moron you put in front of him b/c he's environmentally a psychopath, unless Dr. Phil let this kid move in with him it would do no good at all. When kids are raised by ghetto scum they become ghetto scum plain and simple, in the old days if you murdered someone they got a rope out and hung your ass in the court square, thus the taxpayers weren't out a whole lot except for the cost of rope. Now some psychopath kills 7 ppl and appeals the death penalty for years b/c it is "inhumane", of course it's inhumane we aren't tryin to make you feel good we're trying to kill you . This kid and piles of shit like him only get worse, they aspire to be criminals and that's what they become simple as that. What positive contributions is this kid ever going to possibly make outside of providing license plates for the rest of us? I am a fan of removing a life sentence in favor of death sentences, no reason to pay millions to support ruthless killers, if it's proven by foolproof means such as DNA evidence then hang the roosterlicker.
