i won a big parlay on a 300 dollar bet and when i went to cash out this guy named DAN diked me around for 2 weeks ...telling me i have to send in this form and that form...and just today he tells me he IS NOT PAYING ME!...he froze the account and he is keeping all the funds!...this is outrageous! ANYONE THINKING ABOUT DEPOSITING INTO BETUS should have their heads examined...they wiil not pay u if u hit big! guaranteed!

The only thing that book is good for is the swimsuit calender and dvd they send out. I had a bad experience with them. It took me probably around 40 phone calls, frustrated with being jerked around and waited 5 weeks to get my 3,500. This was 3 years ago and I would never play with them again.

BetUS has been known to do this to it's big winning players from time to time. My advice would be the same as the other gentlemen mentioned about in regards to filling out a complaint form. One of us will contact the book on your behalf to hear their comments on your situation.

While I do agree with you for the most part in regards this being resolved rationally by BetUS. I do know that Mr.Justin7 has had a pretty decent success rate when dealing with this book, so I'm little more optimistic than most others.

Justin has a success rate higher than anybody just so everybody knows , its the nature of in which he carries himself and adresses book owners and actually listens to what they have to say instead of jumping the gun.

My buddy just got $12,000 from them. (After 2 months) The checks went through so keep trying. And remember only to use an A book in the future!!!!

Fill out the complain form, and I'm confident we can get it resolved. Since I have been with SBR, I have never seen BetUS outright stiff a single player.

There's a good chance the complaint will get assigned to me. If it does, I'm confident we can get to the bottom of it quickly.

On another related note, why did Dan say BetUS wouldn't pay you?

Fuzzy Math? If you make a legit bet, in this case a $300 parlay, you're entitled to the winnings too.

I think what we both meant is that I doubt he will be getting his full winnings back and the payout structure he will be presented will be such one that he is going to end up playing the funds back.


While I continue to be somewhat of a fan of your work Justin if you read my previous posts in this thread ......I still think they are the nicest site to deposit and the worst one to get a payout out of.

By the way I am an ex Betus Manager from back in the day so I know about their MO

What the players don't often see are the numerous complaints that disappear without mention, when the book is in the right.

You know Casinomeister started something that in order to submit a complaint you had to have a certain status .

I see this happening here newbies come along post 10 times and either the issue at hand gets resolved or not they dont even say it on the board .
