Since Betus told him previously he wasn't getting anything they are doing their best to complicate it. They are acting as if he lost $20,000 with them and there is some kind of liability if they give him his money.

Just out of curiousity what should I do with my situation? Mine isnt the same but I basically have turned 50 bucks into little over A dime, every time I do what the site ask of me cc form ect there always seems to be more. Every time im on hold they have to check with there quote un quote "manger." Beside ripping them a new asshole what can honestly be said to get my pay to get pushed through, cause I understand it takes time but its been about 2.5 weeks now of me calling once a day and something new coming up? any advice would be helpful and congrats on getting paid!

I see BetUs is getting some pats on the back for "doing the right thing."

BetUs is paying because they got their hand caught in the cookie jar. As Justin mentioned the book presented SBR with more information (Bodog) but was it was irrelevant to the dispute. They took it to their homecourt and got the info they wanted out prior to paying. The no-pay will be written off in other forums and places they sponsor because he was a "chargebacker."

Jakster handled it well and didn't engage in discussing non-BetUs actions. He could have pointed out that he disputed a charge with Bodog and settled it before ever playing with BetUS. Hypothetically, he could have pointed out that he deposited high five figures and charged back $4,000 with a poker site and it was settled before this hit the forums.

Charging back is not the way to handle disputes and it hurts fellow players and the industry as a whole. BetUs knows that and would have us believe his deposits were no good, that he deposits $10k, plays it on a 10 teamer and charges it back.

Good Job Justin and EOG. Hopefully Jakster gets all of his money quickly and has learned from this.

The website, Ultimatebet, that BetUS forced the player to settle with (prior to submitting the complaint to SBR) has recently admitted poker fraud took place and will issue credits.

Maybe Jakster gets his $2k back after all?

Still, no one is advocating chargebacks even in midst of legit disputes but ironic final note here.

UB is a joke of a site. It's common knowledge among most high stakes players that their security is compromised, guys would run teams and also bots in the high tables, 2-4, 3-6 etc.

Anybody that is serious about playing poker should only play at Poker Stars, not the highest limits but they have the less BS and are the most secure software wise and financially. They have technology in place that other poker rooms don't have on the bot detection end.
