Question Jonathan Sanchez - Real Deal or No Chance?

    This guy brings it.

What do you think he will develop into?

I heard before this year that he was one of the top prospects for the Giants. Just imagine if he can develop... Lincecum and Sanchez at the top of the rotation. That would be pretty nasty. If only they could get some decent hitters to support these guys...

    Dont forget Cain!

He could be a solid #3 guy. He has some control problems, but strikes out a lot of guys. I don't think his slider is all that great, but he could always improve upon it. And don't forget about Noah Lowry.

True that. Cain does have some good stuff, but like element said, he does have some control issues. The Giants could have a great rotation in the future. All these guys have legit stuff. No question about it.

Sanchez could move to a reliever role. I think there was talks of him possibly closing last year... Correia was a SP/RP last year, so he will most likely move to the bullpen and be a long reliever.

Sanchez deserves to keep a spot in the rotation.
