I grew up in the Atlanta area and was going to college in Florida. Brought a friend from Tampa home one weekend to go to a Hawks game, since he was a big basketball nut and never seen a pro game.

This was 27 years ago and he freaked out . He had never seen that many black people in all his life.

Was quite funny to say the least.

Sweet. yeah when my brother and I visit my Mom we hit Jeffrey's for a few Captain and Coke's and then we stroll over to Wild Wings to finish the night off. They have some cool bands at Wild Wings and that place gets packed on the weekend.

We've been goin up to Suwanee to visit her twice a year since 2003.

I know the feeling. The first time I flew to England the customs agent that checked my passport was black and I told him that I didn't fly to Africa but London, England.

50 people under the basket is a good sample of a 15,000 seat arena.

I have been to more than 100 Hawks games the last 10 years and my personal experience should not be used against dodif's two minute TV shot of the crowd at tonight's game. When we renew the company season tickets every year we are amazed by the endless lines of whites waiting to renew. But due to the art of scalping the whitey has managed to sell their season tickets to the black for a big profit.
