Look J you just don't get it, a book has to have RULES. CW is like any Vegas Sportsbook, if you annoy them they don't have to pay you and one of the easiest way to annoy them is by asking them when they are going to pay you. CW is one of the best sportsbooks in the world b/c you don't have to pay them and they don't have to pay you, it's a totally fair system. Think of it like this you go to Vegas and put 5k on a basketball game and lose and you're mad b/c the bet you made sucked and you lost money, welllll if you had made that same bet on CW you wouldn't have lost anything, hence you would be happy you bet there instead of Vegas. Don't you see what makes CW the best book in the world, unlike other books where you are HAPPY if you win a bet and MAD if you lose at CW you are HAPPY if you lose a bet and INDIFFERENT when you win. Thus you will never be mad when betting at CW, they have revolutionized sports gambling by taking away any chance at all that you will be mad at the end of the game. No one in history is DOWN at CW, the only complaints are from the customers that are bitching to high heavens and emailing them 19 times an hour that they aren't being paid but that's only b/c a book has to have LOSING players to pay WINNING players and CW has yet to have a losing player.

Run the company's name through your state's corporate commission. If they are not licensed in your state, they cannot legally collect on you.

Also they have to prove the debt existence, you should have some type of signature on file showing proof of financial responsibility. Also try to find their license. Make sure they can do business here in the States. If not, they cannot even sell it to a collection agency.

Seems like another 24 hr delay on using CW's Debit Card , below is the email I got today

Please excuse the delay as we are just working out all the little details of the cards and procedures. Monday being a holiday in England did not help. For the first 2 weeks we need to have the card in customers’ hands prior to activation and loading. This procedure has caused a slight delay. Each week you win and request a withdrawal, we will process the withdrawal on Wednesday and the funds should be on your card by Thursday noon est.

Deposited one of their checks in the ATM over the weekend, got a call on my answering machine saying there is a delay in Canadian checks being deposited to your account. Can anyone tell me how long it took before the funds were available?
