    Default Baseball Trends/Numbers Guys

I've always heard from numerous cappers, that when a total is about to close at 7 or below, blind betting the under is very profitable. However, everyone that's said that to me, has never been able to give me a solid number on yearly performance. I was wondering if anyone has any data on the past 3 seasons to prove/disprove this theory. Thanks in advance.

I'm missing some of the lines, but here's what I have on totals of 7 or below 2000-2007.

    446 total bets.
    Under 197
    Over 191
    Push 58

    ROI on the under: -3.91%

These are based on the Stardust closing line and the Hilton closing line after SD closed.

I don't follow any sabermetrics forums, but there is a lot of information out there. I'd take a look at tangotiger.net for sure.

You can find winning trends on any game, trends mean nothing.
