    Default Local cut me off............

    Picked up my payments from the 14-1 run. He said "I know Ive known you for awhile bud, but I got to cut your limits to $100". I said thank you and we parted ways. CRAP. He paid me via "company check", smart move. In the memo it said "winter season work wages". My bank says it will take 12 business days to clear, anything over $xx,xxx they hold automatically.

    I was going to put the amount in, but I didnt want people getting boners over calling BS on my bet amounts.

    Shopping for locals again.......crap.

    No trust man......I got cought in the sportsbook.com scam. I made medium size bets on BetEd while my bookie was on vacation and got a quick payout. But if I win what I have been winning afraid of a stiff or some PS

    you are 1000x more likely to get stiff by a local than you are by pinnacle, greek, wsex, or cris

    Well now when he writes that off as an expense the IRS will know you pocketed that money and you are screwed.

    well thats what happens when you play with a D- book. stick with the B+ and up books and you'll be good. CRIS/Bookmaker, Betjam, 5dimes, WSEX, Matchbook, Diamond, Greek, Legendz, Intertops, Guardian and Wagerstreet all will most likely never stiff you.

    Couldn't agree more, if you win big at a D- book you are probably in for a nightmare. Win big at Bookmaker/Cris, BetJam, Greek, etc. you will always be paid. I would much rather Bookmaker owe me five figures than Fast Eddie down at the local bar, but its up to you.

    I've never met a local that didn't pay. I got my payments taken care of rather quickly. Even when they did that 5 weeks crap.
