SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetPlatinum payout complaints continue. The sportsbook was recently downgraded from C- to D+ after slow-paying clients while increasing bonus offers. Players should avoid Platinum and its 30 to 50% bonus promotions at this time.

"I saw the report posted on your website regarding the payout delays with BetPlatinum. Actually, I am having the same problem. I originally requested $2500 payout, but so far I have only received $2000. I know $500 might not be a lot. But I have been so frustrated about the way how they handle this matter. They kept telling me the money is going to be in my Neteller account next day. It has been almost one week (I started to request the payout since last Friday 2/17) and I still have not received the remaining $500."

Is there an easy way to seperate the name association between the good Platinum and the crappy one? The good one shold change their name.

Roberto reported the "other" was a loan shark charging 100% a year, so who knows LOL. I try to stick to BetPlatinum and PlatinumSB. If use essentially the url as name easeir to figure out.

I will say BetPlatinum is one of the stranger slow pays. Pay $2000, but not $500. I hope it will work out, but they aren't doing themselves any favors for such small amounts.

They probably received $2000 from a depositing player and sent it to the owed player who had a pending $2500 request.

PlatSB should change its name. If it was a good brand, they could push it past other books but the name kinda sucks. I can never remember the url and only platsb.com works which isn't the name on the site. We can expect something new from them. They have some work to do before they can be viewed as a quality post-up sportsbook

As for Roberto, he asked them to advertise on his site already.
