    Default 5dimes to matchbook transfer

    has anyone here ever done a transfer from 5dimes to matchbook and if so how long did it take to be processed
    and funds transferred

    I did one about 3hrs ago and im getting from 5dimes that
    they sent it out and waiting for matchbook to reply to their
    email.....
    after talking to matchbook they are telling me that they are
    still waiting for email notification from 5dimes

    Keep us posted, but it's not that unusual for an email to get hung up in cyberspace for a few hours.

    thats what it seems like according to 5dimes .....
    i wouldnt care so much if they had just said it will take about 4-5hrs
    but they said it goes thru immediately as soon as the other sportsbook replies to their email

    I did one about 2 months ago from 5dimes to matchbook and it took just under 2 hours for it all to clear.

    im going on 4hrs now....probably not a big deal but
    i just dont like how 5dimes tells me they sent it and matchbook tells me they didnt receive it

    hopefully it didnt vanish in cyberspace

    Check with matchbook and see if they received your initial email alerting them to the fact that this transfer was going to take place!

    that email they did get from me .....they just didnt receive 5dimes email yet .....something doesnt seem right

    FINALLY RESOLVED

    after the 6th call of the day they (5dimes) finally put in a call to matchbook instead of trying to email them and it worked


    scrap the email system and just call to begin with

    money is in my acct finally
