With Miami getting their man (basically had no choice) it leaveds sx teams in top 7. NE would likely want to trade down, Oakland might, St Louis might.
BUT, who is going to trade up, if any?

No. But it's close.
I know New Orleans is the team talking about trading up, but I think when push comes to shove, it doesn't get done. It's too tricky to make this kind of trade. Neither team wants to give up enough value to get it done.
